About us
The Process Baseball is a Southern California-based hitting and player-development program led by Bobby Webb. He works with athletes from youth through advanced levels in a focused, high-feedback setting. Training emphasizes efficient movement, bat speed development, and a simple, repeatable approach at the plate. The goal is to help players build confidence and perform consistently in games.
History
Bobby Webb’s coaching approach comes from his playing background and years of studying high-level hitters. He focuses on turning complex concepts into clear, usable cues. He later launched Undefeated Academy in the Long Beach/Lakewood area, growing from lessons into year-round development. The program expanded to include private instruction, small-group training, and competitive team programming.
