The Process Baseball is a player development and college recruiting advisory based in Southern California. We develop hitters and players through intentional training, objective feedback, and a clear development plan—not random drills or cookie-cutter lessons. Bobby Webb’s coaching approach comes from his playing background and years of studying high-level hitters. He focuses on turning complex concepts into clear, usable cues.
